I had been to 5 different brokers before finding LMS...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful people at LMS PROLINK who made my difficult problem into a stress-less situation. I had been to 5 different brokers in the Kingston area which included my own for the last 20 years who did not care to help; all they did was cancel my home insurance because the company they used did not insure a dog shelter. A couple of the other brokers tagged me along and especially one, who called with one quote and said he could do better but then did not return my phone calls. This I did not understand as all you had to do is advise me that you could not find a company? Another said, I would not be able to afford it - how do they know and I needed insurance! It had been stressful.

I was referred to your group by Loraine Houston of Speaking of Dogs Rescue. From the moment I called, I received a wonderful reception. It starred with a very nice receptionist who directed me to Neil Felder. He returned my calls promptly and explained to me how my insurance would have to be set up. He e-mailed my information to Sharon Lillico, who was amazing. She knew I was on a deadline; well my insurance had already expired due to the brokers in Kingston. She promptly found me a fantastic deal for my rescue and even when she was not feeling well she tried to get it going ASAP.   Now I am working with Emilio McIntyre, who is very patient explaining some of the forms to me.
